中华绒螯蟹鳃的组织及超微结构

摘要:
中华绒螯蟹鳃详细的组织和超微结构研究结果显示,每条鳃由一扁平的鳃轴及其向两边发出片状鳃叶组成,鳃壁由角质层、上皮细胞和基膜构成.上皮细胞向角质层伸出指状突起以扩大表面积.上皮细胞向鳃腔突出延伸形成鳃腔隔.鳃腔内的膨大细胞实际上是上皮细胞向鳃腔内分裂形成突起,然后生长膨大而成.膨大细胞将鳃腔隔成迂回的通道,更有利于气体的交换和物质的吸收.

Abstract:
This study, taken by the light and the electron microscopy, shows that each gill of Eriocheir Sinensisl has an axis and two series of lamellae running in parallel on both sides.The gill is composed of corneum, epithelial cells, and basement membrane.The epithelial cells enlarge the surface by protruding digital mucrones-Some epithelial cells stand out to wards the gill cavity and form the septum in it.The big cells in the gill cavity are developed from epithelial cells, wThidi protrude into the gill cavity and grow bigger and bigger, finally into big cells.Big cells separate tne gill cavity into many circuitous channels, which makes it easier to exchange gas and the absorb substance.
