介绍静态顶空气相色谱分析的原理,研究温度、相比、分配常数和无机盐等参数对顶空分析灵敏度的影响.此方法对8个挥发性苯系物的线性相关系数>0.999,相对标准偏差0.95%,方法检出限1μg/L.在炼油厂废水中,检出104个色谱峰,其中苯、甲苯、乙苯、间,对二甲苯和邻二甲苯均有检出,浓度范围在268-1622μg/L.污水处理厂出口水样和废水库样品中挥发性有机物均未检出.采集15个安徽巢湖水样,挥发性苯系物和挥发性有机物均未检出(<1μg/L). |

Determination of volatile organic compounds in water with headspace gas chromatography |

Abstract: |
The theory of static headspace gas chromatography was introduced in this paper. Effects of gas/liquid phase ratio, partition constant, temperature and salts concentration measured by the sensitivity of static headspace gas chromatography method were investigated. The correlation coefiicients of linear regression by this method were 0.999 for eight aromatic hydrocarbons. The relative standard deviations and recoveries were 0.94% and 94.48% for eight aromatic hydrocarbons, respectively. The detection limits of this method for eight aromatic hydrocarbons were 1μg/L. The 104 volatile organic compounds in refinery waste water reservoir were detected. The concentration in waste water for six aromatic hydrocarbons including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m, p-ox-ylene and o-oxylene were ranged between 268 and 1622μg/L. The volatile organic compounds in the detections were not found in sewage water reservoir and in 15 water samples from Lake Chaohu of Anhui Province. |
