长江下游刀鲚(Coilia nasus)仔稚鱼的时空分布研究

摘要:
刀鲚(Coilia nasus)是长江下游重要的经济鱼类之一,具有溯河洄游型和淡水定居型两种生态类型。本研究于2016年5-8月在刀鲚繁殖高峰期内同时对长江下游湖口、安庆和靖江江段进行刀鲚早期资源调查,研究分析对比了长江下游江段刀鲚仔稚鱼的丰度情况、时空格局及其与主要环境因子的变化规律和相关关系。结果表明:在调查期间,靖江江段刀鲚仔稚鱼平均密度最高;刀鲚仔稚鱼在调查江段于6月下旬至7月上旬之间均出现一段时间较短的高峰期,这可能和刀鲚的产卵类型有关;湖口刀鲚仔稚鱼的爆发时间早于安庆和靖江江段,推断这种现象是由于湖口江段定居型刀鲚产卵造成的;各江段断面上三个采样点刀鲚密度之间的差异可能是由于沿岸地形和水体动力学差异所产生的现象;各江段刀鲚仔稚鱼密度最高峰时的水流量均处于较低水平,水温分别为25.87℃、25.27℃和21.67℃,均达到了刀鲚产卵所需条件;各月份刀鲚仔稚鱼密度的空间分布和聚类分析结果显示,安庆和靖江江段具有一定的相似性,湖口江段则被分隔开来,刀鲚仔稚鱼密度总体在湖口江段较少,但8月份湖口江段刀鲚仔稚鱼密度高于安庆江段,表明8月份湖口江段产卵群体的数量较多。

Study on the spatial and temporal distribution of larvae and juvenile Coilia nasus in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River

Abstract:
Coilia nasus is one of the important economic fishes in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. It has two ecological types: anadromous and freshwater resident. This study was conducted to investigate the early resources of Coilia nasus in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Hukou, Anqing and Jingjiang during the peak breeding season from May to August 2016. The abundance, temporal and spatial patterns of larval and Juvenile Coilia nasus in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and their variation and correlation with major environmental factors were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the mean density of larvae and juveniles Coilia nasus in the Jingjiang section was the highest during the investigation period. There was a short peak period between late June and early July in larval and juvenile Coilia nasus in the surveyed river section, which may be related to the spawning type of Coilia nasus. The occurrence of larval and juvenile Coilia nasus in Hukou section was earlier than Anqing and Jingjiang section, and it was inferred that this phenomenon was caused by resident Coilia nasus spawning in Hukou section. The difference in the densities of larval and juvenile Coilia nasus in the three sampling sites along the river sections may be due to the differences in coastal topography and water dynamics. The water flow of larval and juvenile Coilia nasus at the highest density was lower in all river segments, and the water temperature was 25.87 °c, 25.27 °C and 21.67 °C. Both of them meet the requirements for spawning of Coilia nasus. The results of spatial distribution and cluster analysis of the densities of larval and juvenile Coilia nasus in different months show that there is a certain similarity between the Anqing and Jingjiang sections, while the Hukou section is separated. And the densities of larval and juvenile Coilia nasus was less in the Hukou section, but higher in the Hukou section in August than in the Anqing section, indicating that the spawning population was more in the Hukou section in August.
