There are 30 evaporite minerals, including those found in recent years and in new-type-nitrate salt lakes newly discovered in Xinjiang.In this paper, geological significance of typomorphic minerals is approached;four aspects are dealt with in terms of salification mechanism and biosalification is brought into the salification theory.
