河北YH水库不同季节中微囊藻毒素-LR与N、P之间的关系

摘要:
2005年5月至11月,在河北省YH水库选取5个具有代表性的样点,进行了微囊藻毒素-LR的调查,同时,测定了相应各样点的TN,TP,NH4-N,NO3-N和PO4-P.结果显示,水库中微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)随季节发生变化,其中,7-10月期间相对较高,且大部分超过了生活饮用水地表水标准限值(1μg/L);MC-LR与水体中的N、P之间的相互关系表明,5-7月期间,水库MC-LR与TP呈正相关,与NH4-N和TN/TP呈负相关;8-9月期间,水库中TP逐渐降低,但其它降低速率低于TN,造成TN/TP明显降低,MC-LR与TP和TN/TP呈正相关,与NH4-N呈负相关;10-11月期间,大量藻细胞死亡,释放到水体中MC-LR也逐渐下降,这时,大量外源营养盐也进入水库,造成微囊藻毒素-LR的变化与TN、NH4-N、NO3-N.呈显著或极显著负相关.这说明在不同季节下,微囊藻毒素-LR与营养盐的关系不同,必须视实际情况而定.

Relationship between microcystin-LR and N, P of water column in different seasons from a reservoir of Hebei Province

Abstract:
During May-November of 2005, five sites were selected in a reservoir of Hebei Province to investigate the distribution of microcystin-LR (MC-LR), to determine total N (TN), total P (TP), NHa-N, POa-P and NO3-N and to analyze the relationship between MC-LR and nutrients in water column. The results indicated that the concentrations of MC-LR on the five locations varied with the space and season in the reservoir. In summer and autumn (Jul.-Oct. ), the concentrations of MC-LR in four locations in the reservoir were out side the proposed guideline in which the concentration of MC-LR in drinking water should be litter than 1μg/L. Through analysis of the relationships between the nutrient factors and MC-LR, MC-LR correlated positively with TP, and negatively with NH4-N and TN/TP, but without any distinct correlation with TN or NO3-N during May-July. Due to the concentration of N and P in the reservoir was decreasing in different speed, TN/TP fell obviously, and MC-LR correlated positively with TP and TN/TP but correlated negatively with NH4-N from August to September. During October-November, most of algae died and MC-LR decreased gradually, meanwhile the magnitude of external nutrients in the catchments flowed into the reservoir so that analysis of the correlation between MC-LR and nutrients showed that MC-LR was negative correlative with TN, NH4-N and NO3-N significantly. The results showed the relationship between MC-LR and N, P was various in different season, and more attention should be paid to the actual conditions.
